Where a drying rack fits in a print workshop

Every screen printing workshop hits the same bottleneck: wet items need somewhere to sit while they dry, and that somewhere is usually every flat surface in the building. Coated screens need dust-free drying for several hours. Printed sheets and garments need airing before stacking. Tables fill up, work stops.

What size items fit on each shelf?

Shelves accommodate standard screen frames, A2/A1 sheets and folded garments. Exact shelf dimensions are confirmed at quotation stage — tell us your typical frame size and we will match the configuration.

Is the rack suitable for drying printed garments?

Yes — for airing printed garments between color passes or before packing. Note that it does not cure ink; plastisol and most textile inks still need heat curing from a flash dryer, tunnel dryer or heat press.

Does it need assembly and are tools provided?

It ships flat-packed and assembles on site. Assembly is straightforward and requires only basic hand tools. Assembly instructions are included and our team can walk you through it by phone.

Will the stainless steel corrode with emulsion and solvents?

Stainless construction resists emulsion, screen wash and standard workshop solvents. Wipe spills rather than letting emulsion dry on the shelves and the rack will last many years.
